Mig Welding Liner for Miller M Series Hobart MIG Gun (Teflon-Blue, 12 feet)

This welding gun is compatible with a wide range of Miller M Series welding machines, including the M-10, M-15, M-25, M-40, M-100, M-150, M31L, M32L, M33L, M34L, and M38L models. It was also used with some Miller 130 and 130 XP welders, as well as all Miller 135, 140, 175, 180, 185, 210, 212, 250X, 251, and 252 welders. Additionally, it fits the Challenger 172 and DVI welders, as well as the Hobart Mig Gun H-10.

This gun liner serves as a perfect replacement for the MILLER GUN LINER 194010, 194011, 194012, 194T-011, 194T-012, and 194T-013 models. The liner is customized using a high-temperature resistant nylon material, which replaces the traditional metal joint conductive component, preventing damage to the welding torch cable due to high temperatures.

The graphite wire feeding liner offers exceptional hardness and smoothness, which can significantly reduce the likelihood of wire wear during the transmission process. This makes it highly suitable for use with aluminum and stainless steel welding wires.

The Teflon-based liner can withstand continuous use at temperatures up to 260°C (500°F), with a maximum operating temperature of 290-300°C (554-572°F). It has an extremely low friction coefficient, excellent wear resistance, and outstanding chemical stability.

It is important to check the wire feed wheel type of the joint before purchasing, to ensure compatibility with your MIG gun. Additionally, the liner comes with an extra 10cm (4 inches) in length, allowing you to install the welding torch and then cut it to the perfect fit for your specific requirements.
